PureSpace provides professional cleaning services for homes and workplaces. The specific service, scope, and any agreed price are confirmed with you directly before work begins.

Submitting a request is not a confirmed booking. Any quote or indicative price shown on our website or provided to you is an estimate only.

• A request becomes a confirmed booking only when our team confirms the service, price, and appointment time with you
• Final pricing depends on the confirmed scope, property details, and any special requirements
• We will always confirm the agreed price before carrying out the work

To help us deliver a great service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information in your booking request
• Ensure reasonable access to the property at the agreed time
• Let us know in advance about any hazards, pets, or special access needs
• Secure or remove valuables and sensitive items before cleaning begins

Appointment times are agreed between you and our team. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know as early as possible.

We may charge a fee for late cancellations or missed appointments where we have already allocated a team to your booking. Any such fee will be communicated to you in advance.

Payment terms, including accepted methods and timing, are confirmed when your booking is confirmed. Unless agreed otherwise, payment is due for completed work at the agreed price.

We take care to deliver a high-quality service, but our liability is limited as follows:

• We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects we cannot reasonably identify
• We are not liable for items left unsecured, inaccessible, or damaged due to incorrect care instructions
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it. We may update or change the website at any time without notice.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
